Have you ever ordered a photo and after picking it up, realized that your son’s fingers, ear, foot or other important part of composition was missing?  Crop ratios often mean that in order to fit on the particular size print you ordered, part of the original photo must be cut off.   Many people have trouble visualizing how that works so I laid out a handy crop ratio explanation for you below! I’m a visual person (duh!) so I thought it might help for others to see real examples too!

If you ever have a question about how your favorite photo from your session will look in a particular size, don’t hesitate to ask!  I’m happy to do a crop example for you!

Beth just glowed at her session today!  I couldn’t wait to edit this one, so she gets a super-quick-like sneak peek!

Beautiful pregnant mama to be in North Carolina!

{Canvas, Canvas, Canvas!}

I LOVE canvases. Love them! When I get them in for clients I always have to resist buying a second one for myself because they look so fabulous! The texture is just divine and the richness of the colors are phenomenal. Not to mention how great they look on a wall!

I’m delivering this canvas this afternoon and just had to take some photos to show you why I love canvases SO much!

I just love how phenomenal a canvas looks on a wall! There is a slight sheen to them and it just stands out beautifully!!!
Beautiful girl on a beautiful beach near Wilmington, NC!

The edges are beautifully finished and you can either opt to wrap the image over the edge or use a solid border instead!

Just look at all this delicious texture!! The detail able to be preserved on canvas always blows me away too – see her eyelashes?!

I secretly hope all of my customers buy a canvas, I just love seeing my work and their loved ones so beautifully presented!
